In the course of booking on our website as a guest, we collect and store the following mandatory data from you:

- Arrival and departure date;
- Number of holidaymakers.
In the course of the booking process, you can voluntarily provide further information.

- for the establishment, content design, processing, and modification of the contractual relationship with you regarding the use of our website as a registered holidaymaker;
- to check the entered data for plausibility;
- to contact you if necessary.
The processing within the scope of the booking takes place at your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the aforementioned purposes for the use of the platform and thus for the fulfillment of the contract and pre-contractual measures.
Your stored data will be saved for the duration of the contractual relationship with you and then deleted.
c) When sending an inquiry
If you are interested in our holiday apartment, you can use our inquiry form to contact us. The following mandatory information must be provided:

You also have the option to voluntarily provide further information and ask questions.
All information provided by you is required for the purpose of the contact request to check it and to get back to you.
The processing takes place at your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the aforementioned purposes for the fulfillment of the contract and pre-contractual measures.
If you send an inquiry as a registered holidaymaker, the information you provide will be stored as a booking inquiry until deletion.
d) When using our contact form
You can send general inquiries to us via the contact form on our website. Your last name and a valid email address must be provided. Other data, such as a message, can be entered voluntarily.
This data is collected to know who an inquiry comes from and to be able to answer it in the best possible way. The data processing takes place at your request and only insofar as it is necessary in the context of answering a contact request for the implementation of pre-contractual measures according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR or for the protection of legitimate interests of us or third parties according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the inquiry you made has been fully processed.
