Cancellation
Sounds unpleasant, and it is for you as it is for us. It's a shame when rooms remain vacant even though others would have liked to come.
On the other hand, something can happen to anyone. Our request: Please inform us in time.
We ask for your understanding that we charge the full accommodation price for cancellations;
however, you may claim an equivalent period within one year (§2 2.10 GTC).
In the event of early departure, the full booked period will be charged.
For your security, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The insurance must be taken out within 14 days from the date of the booking confirmation.
The selected insurance contribution refers to the apartment (2 people). Decide for yourself!
